1. Guests are required to present an identity card for an address at check-in.

 

2. Hotel guests are required to lock the room and transmit the key to the reception desk when leaving the hotel ;.

 

3. Hotel guests during their stay at the hotel are not allowed to import and use food in the rooms.

 

4. Hotel guests should keep quiet in the afternoon and night (between 14:00 and 16:00 and after 22:30)

 

5. Singing, shouting, running, gambling and noisy celebrations are forbidden.

 

6. Smoke only at designated locations outside the hotel.

 

7. It is not allowed to move furniture and property in the rooms and premises of the hotel (without the consent of the hotel management).

 

8. It is forbidden to dispose of any property (towels, towels, equipment, utensils, etc.) during the stay of the hotel guests.

 

9. Hotel guests have material (financial) responsibility for damaged and lost property of the hotel.

 

10. It is forbidden to stay outside in the rooms, visits can be made only in the common areas of the hotel.

 

11. Upon leaving the hotel guests are required to pay a damaged or lost key card during their stay.

 

12. Upon leaving the hotel, any damage and / or missing items not mentioned (for which it is not communicated in good time) during the stay of the guests shall be paid by them.

 

13. In the event of gross violations of the hotel's internal order, breach of the law and order in the country, violation of the reputation and prestige of the hotel, the owner has the right to terminate the relations with the guests and their stay at the hotel.
