FAQ

Hotel Elica reception is at your service at the hotel each day from 7:30am to 7:30pm.

Can I check in without reservation?
Yes you can use our self check in terminal 24/7, if there are available rooms you can pay and check in. Check the video for more details.

Can I check in with reservation after receptions working hours?

Yes, you will recieve a code from reception and then you can use it on our self check-in terminal. Check the video for more details.

How can I book a room?
You can make a room reservation directly on our websait at https://www.hotel-elica.bg/en/ or you can also make the reservation by calling us + 359 894 683 111 /7:30am - 7:30pm/ or emailing us: elicahotel@abv.bg.

How can I cancel my roomreservation?
To cancel your room reservation, please call or email us. Please remember to include your reservation number in the email!

* If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the starting time, we will refund the reservation fee in its entirety.
* If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to the starting time, we will unfortunately not refund the reservation fee.

Note: Reservations made for the high season ( from 1 July to 1 September) cannot be refund.

If hotel Elica does not have a reception desk, how will I get the keys to my room, and how can I contact the personnel when needed?
The main entrance door and the doors to the rooms use keyless electric locks that open with a code. We will send these codes to our guests 24 hours prior to the start time of their booking, after the code always press #.

NOTE: IF YOU PUT 5 TIMES WRONG CODE THE LOCK WILL BE LOCKED FOR 3 MINUTES, YOU NEED TO WAIT 3 MINUTES AND THAN TRY AGAIN THE CODE.
We are at our guests service on site daily from 7:30am to 7:30pm.

How I can pay for my stay?
You can pay directly from our websait or if you wish you can pay cash or with card at the reception desk daily from 7:30am to 7:30pm.

How do I check in?
Your room is available to you from 2pm, on the day of your arrival, when you pay from the websait you will recieve an email where you will have a check in button. You need to feel your details before your arrivel.

How does the check out work?
The room is available to you until 11:30am, on the day of your departure. Checking out is easy: just leave the room and close the door.
The code which you have will expire 11:30, on the day of your departure.

Is there breakfast and what includes?
The breakfast is 10lv per person and it is individual portions dailly from 08:00am to 10:00am, includes mini croissant with butter,cheese and chocolate, ham, yellow cheese, jam, butter, bread, olives, coffee and tea. The breakfast must be request in advance at the reception by 6pm on the previous day.

Does hotel Elica offer parking spaces?
The hotel offers a limited number of paid parking spaces. When reserving a parking space you will be asked for a deposit for the remote, at the end of your stay the deposit will be refunded to you.
